Subscriptions purchased inside the app are billed by Apple or Google, not by Zanshin. You can view, change, or cancel your plan at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. For refunds or billing questions you can't resolve there, get in touch.

You can request deletion of your account and your conversation history at any time.

If the app crashes, audio doesn't record, or something looks wrong, tell us your device model, your operating system version, and the app version shown on the app's settings screen. That helps us reproduce the problem quickly.
